About Rachel Ryan

After over 30 years of moving from place to place as a military family member, "home" was a foreign word. Whenever somebody asked me where I was from, I would usually say "Do you mean- Where I was born? Or Where was my last home?" When I finally had the opportunity to plant my own roots, I quickly discovered how critical a good REALTOR® is in navigating the home buying process . The day I received the keys to my first home, I remember thinking "I don't have an excuse to look at houses anymore!" That's when it hit me: Why not become a REALTOR® myself and keep the party going? In all honesty, I became a REALTOR® because I love helping people! What better way to engage that passion than to guide people through the exciting and challenging adventure of real estate? I excel at assisting credit-challenged buyers, military movers, first time buyers, last time buyers- I especially enjoy being able to locate unique properties that suit my clients' personalities and needs. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, my knowledge of the market and dedication to excellent customer service has you covered. My past careers are almost too numerous to mention! I've been a military spouse mentor, an office administrator, a settlement clerk, a floral assistant, a job services assistant for differently abled clients,...the list goes on. This benefits me greatly in real estate because I have exposure to people from all walks of life. Throughout all of my experiences, I have managed to cultivate a strong attention to detail and the ability to educate others. I'm great at getting clients to crack a smile even in something as potentially mundane as completing real estate paperwork together. Having a sarcastic sense of humor helps. (Just kidding! Mostly.) Given that I'm a high-energy person, it probably comes as no surprise that I enjoy outdoor activities like fishing and road trips into the Arizona wilderness almost as much as I love home hunting! I would be most appreciative of the opportunity to serve as your advocate throughout the process of buying or selling your Arizona City or Casa Grande area home.
